Space Preparation

• We’ll remove the US and South Korean flags, heavy bags, and the art hanging in the front of the space (in front of the black background) for all events. Additional prep to remove/hide other martial-arts related gear and signage is possible at a modest per-event cost.
  • Note that certain art and certifications in the reception area are permanently mounted and won’t be removed. Furniture, lockers, and other heavy/bulky items will also remain in place.
• Because tape, adhesives, and nails/pins can’t be used to hang decorations, we may be willing to install permanent hooks or other mounts for organizations with recurring events, who are willing to make an ongoing commitment to using our space.
• We will provide up to 20 matching folding chairs for free. Up to 75 additional chairs (seating for 95 total, noting 100 person capacity) are available at $1/chair/event.

Long-Term Storage

• Because our storage space is limited, all storage will incur additional costs, to be negotiated on an individual basis.
• Short-term storage may be available for one-off events, with advance planning.
• Long-term storage may be available for organizations that book recurring events.

Perks

• Booking includes a free listing on our event calendar. If your event is private, and you prefer to remain unlisted, we’ll block out the time without identifying you.
• Renters may post a flyer on our community bulletin board to promote their event. This is visible both to our students and participants from other community events.
• If you choose to provide an event photo, we’ll feature it on the social accounts for the event space, raising awareness of your organization and helping to promote future events, especially ones that we host in our space.
